There is a total o£ 16 lots. The layout of this addition is consistent with the <br />general concept plan and intent of the Northfork P.U.D. For your information, the following <br />items are enclosed: <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />F. <br />G. <br />H. <br />1. <br />J. <br />K <br />L. <br /> <br />A site location map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />Public hearing notice <br />Public hearing notification list <br />Affidavit of Publication <br />Public hearing minutes (April 4, 1989) <br />City Engineer's review (January $1, 1989) <br />City Engineer's review (April 27, 1989) <br />City Engineer's review (May 17, 1989) <br />City Engineer's review (September 20, 1989) <br />Proposed Resolution #89-09-__ <br />Proposed Development Agreement <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On January 31, 1989, the City received application for Northfork 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />On September 14, 1988, Dennis Peck, representing North Fork, Inc. proxqded the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission with the most recent version of the concept for the development of the <br />remainder of Northfork P.U.D., which includes an eighteen hole golf course. <br /> <br />On December 8, 1988, Mr. Peck told the Park and Recreation Commission that North Fork agreed <br />to supply 30 acres for park dedication ~qth access to a trail corridor. <br /> <br />On January 31, 1989, the CiW received application for the platting of Northfork 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />On February 7, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission tabled sketch plan re~qew of <br />Northfork 3rd Addition until which time a Comprehensive Park Dedication A=oveement for the <br />~EntirC Northfork P.U.D. could be developed. <br /> <br />On March 2, 1989, a joint meeting of the Ramsey City Council, Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, Park and Recreation Commission, and Economic Development Commission met to <br />discuss a Comprehensive Park Dedication Agreement for the Entire Northfork P.U.D. An <br />outcome of this meeting was the creation of a select committee to negotiate final details of such an <br />agreement. <br /> <br />On March 9, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met and approved the sketch <br />plan for Northfork 3rd Addition and to have the Commission ~dthhold the park dedication <br />pending the review of the special committee. <br /> <br />On March 13, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission also recommended sketch <br />plan approval of Northfork 3rd Addition ~dth park dedication requirements being reserved until <br />the Comprehensive Park Dedication Agreement is resolved. <br /> <br /> <br />
