On March 30, ~989, City staff and North Fork, Inc. met to reviewa draft amendment t(, the park dedication agreemenl for Northfork. A final draft was submitted to the Pian'aing and Zoning Commission and Park and Recreation Commission upon their completion. On April 25, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved a motion to accepl the proposed land dedication portion of the Amended Park Dedication A~-eement nnd recommended n.~ chnnges in the cash pa.~"ment (109~,)requirement ~or land~ West of Andrie Street. On April 11, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission made the recommendation of accepting th(' proposed land dedication portion of the Amended Park Dedication Agreement and establish $500.00 per lot at the time of final plat approval for the area West of Andrie Street. On April 25, 1989, th(, Ramsey City Council approved a motion to accept the proposed land dedication portion of the Amended Park Dedication Agreement and to establish ~:500.00 per lot m. the time of final pint approval for the area West of Andrie Street. The Council directed the City Attorney present the draft amended Park Dedication Agreement in form for adoption at its May 9th meeting. On A~lay 9, 1989, the Ramsey City Council agreed to enter into the Park Dedication .%~reement for the entire Northfort: P.U.D. as presented. On Aprl] 20, 1989, staff met with North Fork, Inc. to review the preliminary plat. Based on this meeting, on April 27, 1989, the City received an amended prelimina~' plat. On May 2, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended preliminaw plat approval for Northfork 3rd Addition contingent upon the developer complying with Items 1 through 6 of the City Engineer's report dated April 27, 1989. On A{ay 23, 1989, the Ramsey CiD' Council approved the preliminaw plat for Northfork 3rd Addition. l~ecommenc~tions: Staff recommends final plat approval of Northfork 3rd Addition.
