NOTICE OF PUBLIC ItEARING CITY (IF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM II' MAY CONCIERN: Notice is hereby given thai the Ramsev Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 10, 1989 at 7:'30 p.m. at the Ramsev Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Jon M. Rambosek's request for preliminars.' plm approval of the proposed Nature View Addition. The plat consists of approximately 75 acres and is proposed to be developed with 19 single-family residential lots. The properly is legally described as follows: A triangular piece of land in the Southeast comer of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township .3_, Range 25, described as follows: Commencing at a small Burr Oak Tree about ,4 inches in diameter standing on the South line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, then running East on the said Quarter line 28 rods and 10 feet to the section line, then North on said section line 26 rods and 10 feet, then Southwesterly by a straight line to said Burr Oak Tree aforesaid contiguous 2 acres of land and all of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25 except that pan taken away for highway purposes by the Coumy of Anoka 8/23/73. -and- That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying Westerly of the centerline of C.S.A.H.
