We have <br />estimated the cost of improvements to be $76,400 (seventy six <br />thousand four hundred and no/100 dollars). The bond or escrow <br />is 125 percent of the estimated cost or $95,500 (ninety five <br />thousand five hundred and no/100 dollars). <br /> <br />The developer agrees to provide a cash deposit for Stage II <br />improvements as stated in Article 170.039c of the city Code. <br />The re.c~/ired escrow for Stage II improvements is $4,100.00 <br />(Pour thousand one hundred and no/100 dollars). <br /> <br />In review of the street plans, the fo!lo%~ing changes should <br />be made: <br /> <br />The width of'the shoulder on the typical street section <br />should be shown as four feet. <br /> <br />b.
