Page 2 <br />September 19, 1989 <br /> <br />The proposed grade on Xenon Street must match the <br />existing grade on Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and a culvert should <br />be provided if required by Anoka County. <br /> <br />ee <br /> <br />The proposed grade on 159th must match the existing grade <br />on Dolomite Street. <br /> <br />Culvert sizes, location and inverts should also be shown <br />on the street plans. <br /> <br />In review of the final plat requirements, the following item <br />must be submitted: <br /> <br />A reproducible copy of the final plat showing addresses <br />of all lots platted. <br /> <br />We would recommend approval of the plat subject to items discussed <br />in this letter and meeting the requirements of the City Code.
