Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GR.A~'TING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NATIJtt~ VIEW ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WFIEIIEAS, Dora Nallick, James F. '~rharton, and Jonathan M. Rambose'~, <br />hereafter referred to as "Developer!", has properly applied for plat approval on the following <br />described property located in the Cit.;' of Ramsey: <br /> <br />A triangular piece of land in the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: <br />commencing at a small Burr Oak Tree about 4 inches in diameter standing on the <br />South line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, then <br />running East on the said Quarter line 28 rods and 10 feet to the section line, then <br />North on said section line 26 rods and 10 feet, then Southwesterly by a straight line to <br />said Burr Oak Tree aforesaid contiguous 2 acres of land and all of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, To~qqship 32, Range 25 except that part <br />taken away for highway purposes by the Count)' o£Anoka 8/23/73. <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Tonmship <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying Westerly of the center]ine of <br />C.S.A.H. No. 5 as it is non' laid out and travelled and that part of the Southn, est <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota lying Westerly of the C.S.A.H.
