Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTION GR.A~'TING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NATIJtt~ VIEW ADDITION. WFIEIIEAS, Dora Nallick, James F. '~rharton, and Jonathan M. Rambose'~, hereafter referred to as "Developer!", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the Cit.;' of Ramsey: A triangular piece of land in the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: commencing at a small Burr Oak Tree about 4 inches in diameter standing on the South line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, then running East on the said Quarter line 28 rods and 10 feet to the section line, then North on said section line 26 rods and 10 feet, then Southwesterly by a straight line to said Burr Oak Tree aforesaid contiguous 2 acres of land and all of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, To~qqship 32, Range 25 except that part taken away for highway purposes by the Count)' o£Anoka 8/23/73. II~F[EREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on June 12, 19S9, an6 recommended the Developer to proceed ~o the pre]iminaD, plat stage; and '~qq-E. REAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on June 8,1989, and recommended that land be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and
