Avenue Northwest. prior to the recording of the plat. <br /> <br />PARK DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS. Park dedication shall be satisfied in cash in the <br />amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for Lot 1, Block 1, of Evergreen Estates <br />Addition. The park dedication shall be provided to the City prior 1o the recording of the <br />plat. No park dedication tor the remainder of the pla1 is required at this time. However, <br />the luture development of the plat will require additional park dedication. <br /> <br />~ The Developers shall provide a drainage easement ten feet (10') in width <br />around Lot 1, Block 1, Evergreen Estates Addition. In addition, the developers shall <br />dedicate a sixty six fool (66') wide street easement along the North side of Lot 1, Block <br />1, Evergreen Estates Addilion and extending westerly on 173rd. Avenue Northwest, the <br />distance of Lol 1, Block 1, Evergreen Estates Addition. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION SITE DEBRIS. The Developer shall adhere to Ordinance No. 89-11: An <br />Ordinance Regulating the Dumping of Garbage, Refuse, Site Development and <br />Construction Debris. <br /> <br />BUILDING PERMITS.
