CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT - BECKER ROLLING PINES ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (thc "CITY"), and DANIEL R. <br />BECKER AND LISA G. BECKER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, whose address is 12348 <br /> <br />Flintwood Street, Coon Rapids, Minnesota (the "DEVELOPER"). <br /> WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> The North One-half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />the "Subject Property." <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 26, 1989, the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject <br />Property which plat is known as BECKER ROLLING PINES ADDITION (the "Plat") <br />contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY entering into this <br />contract; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, approval of the Final Plat is given pursuant to the Cit3"s Subdivision Code <br />Section 170.0317, entitled "Division or Consolidation of Unplatted Lots"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no expenditures of CITY funds, will be made until the City Code escrow <br />requirements have been fulfilled by DEVELOPER. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY and DEVELOPER a~ee as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
