Road No. 56 right-of-way. <br /> <br />That the Applicants have submitted a professional site plan which indicates <br />redevelopment plans for the existing site and development plans for the proposed <br />expansion of the auto sales operation that conform to the requirements of the B-1 <br />District and improvements which should alleviate some of the problems with the <br />existing operation. <br /> <br />That the proposed expansion will increase traffic to and from the subject property. <br /> <br />That the proposed expansion will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental <br />to persons residing or worldng in the v/cinity. <br /> <br />That the proposed expansion will not substantially impair the use, enjoyment or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />That the proposed expansion will be harmonious with and in accordance with the <br />specific objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />That the proposed expansion will be des]gned, constructed, operated and <br />maintained so as to be harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing <br />or intended character of the general vicinity and will not change the essential <br />character of the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed expansion will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or <br />future neighboring uses. <br /> <br /> <br />
