RECEIVE BIDS FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTIO~ <br />WHISPERING PINES ESTATES <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-19 <br /> By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />By the time of the October 10, 1989 Council meeting, bids will have <br />been received for the proposed Storm Sewer Construction at <br />Whispering Pines Estates. The Council should review these bids at <br />that time.
