The total low bid received is basically the same as <br />the engineer's construction estimate. An alternate bid was also <br />received for using a plastic pipe in place of concrete pipe. This <br />will result in a savings of $1,798 on the project. <br /> <br />The low bidder, Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. has satisfactorily <br />completed projects for the city of Ramsey.
