ORDINANCE NO. 89- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A summary of Ordinance No. 89- which is an ordinance amending <br />Chapter 170.01 known as the "Ramsey Zoning Chapter" of the City <br />Code providing a section entitled "Solid Waste Landfill Ordinance". <br /> <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY ORDAINS: <br /> <br /> The following official summary of Ordinance No. 89- has <br />been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly <br />informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: <br /> <br /> It is the intent and effect of Ordinance 89- to adopt <br />certain provisions and conditions regarding the construction and <br />operation of solid waste disposal facilities within the City, <br />provide for usable land after closure, to require buffer areas and <br />to set time limitations for the period of operation. <br /> <br /> A printed copy of ordinance 89-__ is available for inspection <br />by any person at the City Municipal Center. <br /> <br /> This ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty <br />(30) days after publication according to law, subject to City <br />Chapter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of-the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, <br /> day of , 1989. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />city Administrator <br /> <br />Introduction Date: <br />Posting Dates: <br />Adoption Date: <br />Publication Date: <br />Effective Date: <br /> <br /> <br />
