H. "Site" means the entire area <br />required to store, collect, transport, <br />treat, utilize, process, transfer, <br />intermediately dispose, or finally <br />dispose of solid waste or processed waste <br />product including buffer areas, private <br />access roads, equipment storage areas, <br />borrow areas and landfill activity areas. <br /> <br /> I. "Solid waste" is defined by <br />Minnesota Rules 7035.0300 and also means <br />processed -waste product including ash <br />under this.Ordinance. <br /> <br />TERM OF PERMITS <br /> <br /> All Conditional Use Permits shall be <br />valid for a specified term not exceeding <br />12 years. The permit shall be subject to <br />annual review for conformance with this <br />Ordinance and performance of the permit <br />holder. The City Council may also <br />require a performance bond, cash escrow, <br />letter of credit or other financial <br />assurance from the landowner or operator <br />to guarantee conformance with these <br />regulations. All property owners and <br />residents within one thousand feet <br />(1000') of the site shall be notified of <br />the annual conditional permit renewal <br />request. <br /> <br />(5) INFORMATION REQUIRED <br /> <br /> The following information shall be <br />provided by the persons re.cnnesting the <br />permit: <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Name, address and phone <br />number of person requesting the permit. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Exact legal property <br />description and acreage of the site. <br /> <br /> <br />
