1. Those nine (9) conditions as contained on <br />"Application for Permit for Open Burning", a copy of <br />application is attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> MPCA <br />which <br /> <br /> 2. The burning permit is issued for that property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section <br />29, Township 32, except the Right-of-Way line of the <br />Burlington Northern Railway, County of Anoka, State of <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 3. The burning will be conducted by and under the exclusive <br />supervision and control of Sauter and Sons, Inc., 14050 Azurite <br />Street, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 4. Ail burning will be done in accordance with the rules of <br />the MPCA and the City Code of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> 5. No materials other than the trees on the Site will be <br />burned, and no off-site materials will be permitted to be <br />transported onto the site for burning. <br /> <br /> 6. No burning will be permitted unless there is at least an <br />average depth of six (6) inches of snow on the site. <br /> <br /> 7. No burning will be permitted unless the Ramsey City Fire <br />Chief has been given notice of intention to burn at least two (2) <br />full business days prior to the intended burn day(s). The purpose <br />of this will be to allow the Fire Chief to inspect the site and <br />determine at that time if all conditions of this permit are <br />satisfied and to determine in general if safe conditions exist for <br />burning on the proposed dates, and during the times while burning <br />is conducted. <br /> <br /> 8. Ail burning will take place in two (2) pits constructed <br />on the site. The pits will be a maximum of twenty feet (20') to <br />forty feet (40') in width, forty feet (40') to sixty feet (60') in <br />length and a minimum of ten feet (10') to twelve feet (12') in <br />depth. Each pit will be bermed with earth along all sides except <br />the working side. The berms shall be a minimum of seven feet (7') <br />high in order to eliminate Highway 10 visibility and winds reaching <br />into the fire and scattering embers. In the event of a need to <br />extinguish the fire, the berms will be used as smother cover. <br /> <br /> 9. A representative of F & R will be present on site at all <br />times when burning is being conducted. <br /> <br /> 10. F & R will have on site at all times, when burning is <br />conducted, a 1200 gallon water tanker together with two portable <br />fire extinguishers to assist in putting out fire that might escape <br />from the pits.
