Councilmember <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR ALERTING COMMUNICATORS (CIVIL <br />DEFENSE WARNING SIRENS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project on June 28, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution ~88-114 awarding the bid to Alerting Communicators in <br />the amount of $130,755. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the city Council hereby authorizes final payment to <br />Alerting Communicators for the improvement of Civil Defense Warning <br />Sirens in the amount of $1,443.64. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not <br />included in Resolution ~89-10 approving payment of the bills for <br />the month of October, 1989. <br /> <br /> 4) The City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 10th day of October, 1989 <br /> <br /> <br />
