Right-of-way is acceptable at the 60 feet currently existing. We will permit <br />one driveway for each Lot to access CSAH 5. Just a general comment, the City should <br />be aware with all the driveways coming out to CSAH 5, this will only further complicate <br />future traffic problems on the roadway. As the Lots continue to develop with the only <br />possible access being to CSAH 5, congestion and the associated problems will intensify. <br />The two existing driveways should be used with the remainder of the frontage having <br />the right of access dedicated to Anoka County.
