Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION G1LKNTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CROOKED OAK ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John G. Schutz, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for <br />plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota which lies northeasterly of County State <br />Aid Highway No. 5 and which lies southeasterly of the following described line. <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 15, thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees, 39 minutes <br />34 seconds West along the north line thereof a distance of 329.80 feet to the actual <br />point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 41 degrees 49 minutes 30 <br />seconds West to the norther}y right-of-way line of County State Aid Highway No. 5 <br />and there terminating. <br /> <br />Except the East 100.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the Ramsay Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 3, 1989, <br />and recommended the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsay Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989, and <br />recommended that cash be used to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />NOW TIZLEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-IE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, GRANT FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br />FOR CROOKED OAK ADDITION IN ACCORDANCE ~rfTl:t RELEVANT CITY CODES. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councflmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
