One <br />access to Lot 3 from CR 83 and one access each for Lots 1 and 2 on CSAH 22 is <br />acceptable. The driveways for Lots 1 and 2 should be along the common lot line and an <br />area 30 feet in width on each side of the common lot line should be designated for the <br />driveway locations. The remainder of the frontage should have the right of access <br />dedicated to Anoka Count3,. This will require that the driveways access only at the <br />specified location and no additional driveways will be allowed.
