Councilmember introduced the follo~dng resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF GORDON'S GARDENS 2ND <br />ADDITION. <br /> <br /> V~q-IEREAS, Harley A. Gordon, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied <br />for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of 1{amsey: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Gordon's Gardens Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 3, 1989, and <br />recommended the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> V, rI-IEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989, and <br />recommended that cash be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLX, rED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF TlqE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF i%{INNrESOTA, GR.kNT FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br />FOR GORDON'S GARDENS 2ND ADDITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH RELEVANT CITY <br />CODES AS PURSUANT TO THE ATTACITED DEX, rELOPM~ENT AGREEI~IENT %%rftICIt IS A <br />PART OF THIS RESOLUTION. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
