The bids are shown <br />below in order of the lowest bidder first. <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br />W~B. Miller, Inc. <br />Central Landscaping, Inc. <br /> <br />$4,855.00 <br />$5,125.00 <br /> <br />The restoration project is being completed by the City due to the <br />failure of the developer to complete the project. The. City has <br />drawn a letter of credit in the amount of $10,000. The total low <br />bid received is below the amount of the letter of credit. <br /> <br />The low bidder, W.B. Miller, has satisfactorily completed projects <br />in the City.
