F & R applied for an open burning permit in June, 1989. This was tor the <br />proper~y Iocaled generally norlh of Highway ¢10, west ol Puma Street, south ol 153rd Avenue, <br />and east of County Road #83. On July 25, 1989, the Council denied that applicalion. For your <br />information, enclosed is a copy of the Council's findings adopted at thal time. F & R is again <br />applying Ior a burning permil al the same site lo burn the same material described in the July <br />25, 1989 findings. Aisc enclosed is a copy ol F & R's mos1 recent request. The requesl is <br />basically the same as 1he previous burning request, excem that no burning would be permilted <br />unless there is a snow cover of m least six inches on the site. The City's Fire Chief has reviewed <br />F & R's currenl applicalion and is in general concurrence, wilh some modificalions.
