ARING <br /> <br />RECEIVED <br />SEP 2 8 igBg <br />Aas' ............ <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a <br />public hearing on Tuesday, August 29, 1989 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers <br />of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W, Ramsey. l~[N. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Improvement Project #89-13, the <br />improvement of Rivlyn Avenue N. W. between Sunfish Lake Blvd. and the eastern <br />city boundary pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.11 and <br />Chapter 210.01 of the Ramsey City Code. The area proposed to be assessed for <br />such improvement-is the property abutting Rivlyn Avenue N. W. between Sunfish <br />Lake Blvd. and the eastern city boundary. The estimated cost of such <br />improvement to affected property is $7J54.72. Thi.~ cost will be assessed over ten <br />(10) years at eight (8) percent interest rate. The es6mated yearly cost to affected <br />property is $1,130.29. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the <br />proposed improvement project. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the l~amsey City <br />Council, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., l~msey, MN 55303.
