Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />RESOLUTION 89-10- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has received a petition calling for the improvements of black topping, <br />sanitary sewer, and water utilities Rivlyn Avenue Northwest. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of <br />lawful signatures of affected property owners. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the City Charter <br />and Minnesota Statues concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />I . A certain petition requesting the improvements of black topping, sanitary sewer, and <br />water utilities Rivlyn Avenue Northwest has been filed with the City Council on October 24, <br />1989. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected <br />properly owners. This declaration is made in conformity to the City of Ramsey ordinance <br />210.01 and Minnesota Statue Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2. The pelition shall be place on file with the City Administrator and shall be used by the <br />City Council to declare the project at the end of the 60 day waiting period if no petition is <br />received against the project. <br /> <br />3. The 60 day waiting period shall end 60 days from the public hearing held on August 29, <br />1989. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 24th day of October, 1989. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
