Mr. Gerald zimmerman, Chairman <br />Page 2 <br />September 26, 1989 <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />In review of the street plans, the profiles meet City Codes, <br />however, the following revisions or corrections should be <br />made: <br /> <br />The typical cross section should show four inches of <br />Class 4 sub-base or approved equal. <br /> <br />Spillways with riprap or storm sewers should be shown at <br />the low points in the street to provide drainage to the <br />ponds. <br /> <br />Three of the low points in the street did not indicate <br />where the drainage will be directed to. <br /> <br />The thickness of the bituminous for the cross gutters at <br />155th Lane and Hedgehog Street should be increased. <br /> <br />e. Construction specifications should also be provided. <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />In review of the park dedication, the proposed park trail <br />corridor is approximately 3.09 acres. Based on the City Code <br />the required park dedication is 10% of the total area or 7.03 <br />acres.
