Attached for your information is City <br />Code 170.013(d): Conditional Use Permits. As highlighted in yellow, the purpose of <br />conditional use indicates hazards inherent in the use itself or special problems. The City <br />considers the possibility of improper storage of diseased trees, possible fire hazard, insuring <br />that brush is not stored on site and insuring that woody "waste" is not imported from outside of <br />Ramsey dictate particular concerns which should be addressed by a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />Therefore, the City is requiring your compliance to the Conditional Use Permit process. <br />Attached for your information is the Conditional Use Permit Checklist, City of Ramsey meeting <br />dates and Fee and Escrow Schedule, instructions and Land Use Application. <br /> <br />If you have further questions, please contact me. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> '~'"Y ---- --.---___ <br /> <br />Mark S.
