According to city cods 170.0'i~1 <br />(Industrial District), this uss is not permitted without first <br />obtaining & conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The wood must be removed by June 15 or appropriate, <br /> <br />legal action will be taken. <br />An alternative would be to apply for a conditional use <br /> <br />permit. <br /> <br />If you have any other questions regarding this matter you can reach me Monday <br />through Thursday.
