Bill Baker was present representing Doloras Fleiscber and stated that the plan is to first <br />rezone the property to urban residenti',d and then seek an investor to plat and develop the <br />property. <br /> <br />The Comm/ssion proceeded to review a letter received from Anna Boe dated September 27, <br />1989 seeking answers to questions regarding the proposed development of Fleischer's 2nd <br />Addition and it's impact on surrounding proper~y. The Commission directed City Staff to <br />make a written reply to Anna Boe's letter. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to amend <br />hem #18 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the proposed rezoning will be in <br />accordance with the specific objectives of the Comprehettsive Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, Deemer, <br />Bawden, La. Due and Shumway. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Hendr/ksen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and s~onded by Commissioner La. Due to recommend <br />that CiD, Council adopt the proposed finciings of fact relating to Doloras Fleischer's request <br />to rezone the proposed plat of Fleischer's 2nd Addition from R-3 Urban Residential and B- <br />I Business to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner I--Ientiriksen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend <br />that City Council approve Doloras Fleischer's request to rezone the proposed plat of <br />Fleischer's 2nd Addition to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
