Rd. #116 and is proposed to be developed south of Hwy. #10 between Ramsey Blvd. <br />and Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />That the proposed rezoning will not substantially impair the use or market value of any <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br />That the proposed rezoning will be in accordance with the specific objectives of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />That the proposed rezoning w/ll not change the essential character of the area. <br /> <br /> <br />
