Hakanson <br />Anderson <br />Assoc., inc. <br /> <br />Engineers, Surveyors & <br />Landscape Architects <br /> <br />November 21, 1989 <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />city of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Re: Final Plat of Morton Addition <br /> <br />Dear Councilmembers: <br /> <br />Since our letter dated October 31, 1989 to Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, <br />the developer has revised the plat dated November 3, 1989 to <br />reflect comments previously expressed. <br /> <br />We would recommend approval of the final plat contingent on the <br />following: <br /> <br />The developer post the required bond or escrow and enter into <br />a developer's agreement to complete the improvements. We have <br />estimated the cost of improvements to be $6,890 (six thousand <br />eight hundred ninety and no/100 dollars). The bond or escrow <br />is 125 percent of the estimated cost or $8,600 (eight thousand <br />six hundred and no/100 dollars). <br /> <br />The developer agrees to complete Stage II improvements as <br />stated in Article 170.039c of the City Code. The required <br />escrow for Stage II improvements is $1,175 (one thousand one <br />hundred seventy five and no/100 dollars). <br /> <br />The developer pays park dedication fee as required by City <br />Code. The required amount is $1,000 (one thousand and no/100 <br />dollars). <br /> <br />That the excess pavement at the temporary 164th cul-de-sac be <br />removed and the area restored with topsoil and turf upon <br />extension to Krypton. <br /> <br />No street specifications have been submitted.
