The Administrative Authority shall be a State Certified 'Building Official". Section 3. ,,Permits, Inspections end Fees. A. Building Permits. !nsDecfions and Fees shall be as provided in Chapter 3 of the Uniform Building Code, 1979 Edition and adopted by resolution annually in the Rates and Charge Schedule. Edition .plan Check Fees shall be as provided in Chapter 3 of the Uniform Building Code, 1979 and are: 1. 65% of building permit fee. 2. No plan check tee for one and two family accessory structures and appurtenances to them. C. Surcharge; The applicant shall pay a surcharge as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes 1984, Section 16B.70. Section 4. Repeel Sections 150.021 through and including Section 150.023 of the City Code adopted January 1, 1978; Ordinance #80-1 adopted by the City Council on January 8, 1980; City Ordinance #80-11 adopted October 15, 19.80; and City Ordinance #67-3 adopted June 23, 1967 are all hereby repealed. Section 5. Violations and 'Penalties. Any violation of this Ordinance shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $700.00 and/or a maximum of 90 days in jail. In addition, the City may seek appropriate injunctive and/or equitable relief from a Court of competent jurisdiction in enforcement of this Ordinance. Section 6. Effective Dale. The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
