CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CITY OWNERSHIP OF OUTLOTS B AND C <br />RIVER'S BEND ADDITION AND OUTLOT A AUTUMN HEIGHTS ADDITION <br /> By: Mark S. Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background/Observations: <br /> <br />The developmenl agreement for River's Bend Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, provides for <br />the transfer of ownership of Outlots B and C to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Outlot A, Autumn Heights Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, is: 1) not a buildable lot; 2) <br />bordered on three sides by the City of Ramsey parkland; 3) desired to be donated to the City of <br />Ramsey by the property owners. <br /> <br />It has been City of Ramsey policy to accept hand parcels when they can be used beneficially for <br />the common good of the community. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends acceptance of deeds for Outlots B and C,.
