Counci[m~mb~r introduced the following resolution and moved lbr ns adopnon: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CITY OWNERSHIP OF OUTLOTS B AND C, <br />RIVER'S BEND ADDITION AND OUTLOT A, AUTUMN HEIGHTS ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Development Agreement for River's Bend Addition, Anoka <br />Count),, Minnesota provides for the transfer of ownership of Outlots B and C to the City of <br />Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Outlot A, Autumn Heights Addition, Anoka Counly, Minnesota; 1 ) <br />is nm a buildable lot, 2) is bordered on three sides by City of Ramsey parkland, 3) tile owners of <br />the property desire to donate the property to the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, it has been City of Ramsey policy to accept said parcels when they <br />can be used beneficially for the common good of the community. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESO.LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts Outlots B and C of River's <br />Bend Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota and Outlot A of Autumn Heights Addition, Anoka <br />Count),, Minnesota as additions to properties owned by the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted ~n favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Rarnsey City Council this <br />the 28th da)' of November 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Admirfisrrator <br /> <br />I9.7 <br /> <br /> <br />
