CASE <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSE¥'S SNOWPLOWING AND SANDING POLICY <br /> By: Merle Mevissen, Public Works Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In the past, lhe City of Ramsey has had an unwritten policy of "Do's and Don'rs" of snowplowing <br />and sanding.
