16. <br /> <br />MANUA~: Bidders shall quote prices for parts and service manuals f $ ~'r'~'~'- <br />models on the attached bid Proposal forms. <br /> <br />GENERAL SPECIFI~ATIQN$: The vehicles and/or equipment called for herein shall <br />be new, 1990, currently advertised, standard production models incorporating all <br />the latest available changes and features, including those called for herein. <br />The following attached documents are part of these specifications. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />FACTQRY-INSTALLED OPTIONS: Any option or item described in the manufacturer's <br />specifications as a factory furnis'hed and installed item or option must be <br />furnished ~n~ in~alled by the manufacturer and not by the ~ea!er or any dealer's <br />subcontractor. <br /> <br />Bidders who do not comply with this requirement will be removed from the bid <br />lists and may be subject to other penalties. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />DISTRIB~T~@N. See section K.5 of the Standard <br />Terms and Conditions. See attached Sample Plan. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />RE-ORDERS: If permitted by the contractor(s) and if there is no increase in <br />price, additional orders for various quantities may be placed during the <br />remaincer of the year, 1989 through the year 1990, for any item specified on <br />the bid Proposal form. Successful bidder(s) will be contacted prior to the <br />placement of any additional orders to determine if contractor(s) will accept <br />re-orders on this basis. Re-orders are orders for vehicles to be purchased at <br />various times during the year if the need arises in addition to the quantities <br />specified on the bid Proposal form. <br /> <br /> <br />
