PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> W.S. MOTORS <br /> 14250 SUNFISH LAKE BLVD. N.W. <br /> PIN #26-32-25-33-0002 <br /> 11/22/89 <br /> <br />On ,1989, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Mark Manthei <br />and Mr. Robert McElhaney ("Permittees") to operate a recreational vehicle sales business on the <br />property generally known as 14250 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W., which property is legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Northwest comer of said Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter, then Southerly along <br />the Westerly line of said Quarter-Quarter a distance of 360 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning. ;Fhen Easterly at right angles to last described line a distance of 456 feet; then <br />Southerly at right angles to last described line a distance of 220 feet; then Westerly at right <br />angles to last described line a distance of 456 feet more or less to it's intersection with the <br />Westerly line of said Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter. then Northerly along the <br />said westerly line to the point of beginning (subject to the Westerly 60 feet for road <br />purposes) (except that part platted as Anoka County Highway right-of-way plat No. 1 <br />recorded 7/16/'74), <br /> <br />This permit ,.,,,as issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. A minimum of 3 off-street customer parking spaces shall be required. <br /> <br />There shall be no exterior storage of inoperable vehicles, vehicle parts, tires or pans <br />inventor),. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The issuance of this permit shall be contingent upon an approved/nspecrion by the City's <br />Building Official and Fire Chief for compliance with fire code requirements. <br /> <br />5. The Permittees must meet all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations, e.g. <br /> hazardous waste license, etc. <br /> <br />As per Cib' Code, the property will connect to sanitary sewer and municipal water within <br />two >,ears of those services becoming available. <br /> <br />7. This conditional use permit shall expire 3 years from the date of approval. <br /> <br />The conditional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any reasonable time and <br />shall be reviewed annually by Ciw Staff and is subject to revocation for violation pursuant <br />to those procedures as required b)7 City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
