Regarding the price range of homes to be built in Fleischer's 2nd Addition, City <br />Code sets n minimum house size standard and as long as those standards are met, <br />the City cannot discriminate against the types of homes built. <br /> <br />I would like to note at this time that there is a City Ordinance in effect that requires <br />properties to connect to city sewer and v.,ater sen,ices within two years of sewer <br />and waxer becoming available. The City recently adopted an ordinance to more <br />clearly define when sewer and water is considered to be 'available' xo a property.
