Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its acloption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-12. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE RECORDING TIME <br />FRAME FOR NORTHFORK 4TH ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #89-03-49 granting final <br />plat approval to Northfork 4th Addition on March 14, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Code 170.0310 C Recording states that failure to <br />file the plat within 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding <br />the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a formal request from North Fork Inc. (dated <br />December 5, 1989) which formally requests an extension for filing the plat on Northfork 4th <br />Addition, due to legal problems regarding the title of said property. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLYED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> I) That the City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time frame <br />for Northfork 4th Addition to December 31, 1989. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing' resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 12th day of December, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
