Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Attorney General's Opinion on Airport Referendum <br />December 6, 1989 <br /> <br />As you know, I have written for an Attorney General's opinion on <br />the relationship of the Airport Zoning Ordinance Referendum and the <br />State statutes giving the authority to site airports. The Attorney <br />General's staff advises me that the research has been completed and <br />the opinion written. However,-it is presently in the review <br />process by the actual person who signs it and it has been in this <br />status for almost the last six weeks. I will advise you when I <br />receive the actual opinion. <br /> <br /> <br />
