Observation: <br /> <br />A trail corridor (agreeable to all parties) has to be agreed upon <br />as a condition of the remaining 200 acres being approved for the <br />~?SA. <br /> <br />The parks comprehensive plan is in the process of being revised. <br />Appropriate amendments pertaining to the Mississippi River Corridor <br />Trail will be incorporated in those changes. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that Council approve a revised Mississippi River <br />Trail Corridor map indicating the preferred alignments as shown on <br />the trail plan. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve/not approve the proposed Mississippi River Trail <br />Corridor map and introduce the ordinance amendment pursuant to <br />recommendations offered by the Anoka County Dept. of Parks and <br />Recreation and Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />city Administrator X <br />city Attorney X <br />City Engineer X <br />Community Development Dir.
