On December 4, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended City Council <br />approval of the preliminary plat for Trott Brook Ridge Addition contingent 1) upon compliance <br />with the City Engineer's Review dated November 1, 1989 2) granting a variance for cul-de-sac <br />length and 3) review by the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission for park dedication <br />requirements.
