Paul, PIN 55155 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Tooth Acres Subdivision, City of Ramsey <br />Metropolitan Council Referral File 14978-1 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Kluegel: <br /> <br />The Council has reviewed the aboOe development for consistency with ~he <br />Mississippi River Critics! Area Interim Development Regulations. The <br />interim regulations ~ill continue to apply un,i! such ~ime as the city <br />submits revised final Critical Area Plan and Regulations to the EQB for <br />approval. <br /> <br />The proposed single-family residential subdivision is located in the rural <br />open space dis~ric~ which requires a minimum lot size of 5-acres in . _. <br />unsewered areas. The proposed development is located outside <br />Metropolitan Urban Service Area and is not currently scheduled for <br />municipal sewer service prior to 2010. The proposed subdivision involves <br />the development of 21 residences on 2.5 acre lots.
