The EQB staff has reviewed the proposed plat for <br />consistency with the Mississippi River Corridor Critical Area Interim <br />Development Regulations. The Interim Development Regulations will <br />continue to apply until the city submits its revised critical area <br />plans and regulations to the EQB for approval. ~ <br /> <br />The proposed single-family subdivision is located in the Rural Open <br />Space District which requires a minimum lot size of 5-acres in <br />unsewered areas. The proposal subdivision involves the development <br />of 21 residences on 2.5 acre lots. <br /> <br />The proposed sketch plan proposal is inconsistent with the Interim <br />Development Regulations.
