AMEN'DMENT <br /> <br />The following described property is hereby rezoned from R-3 Urban Residential and B-1 <br />Business to R-1 Urban Residential: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and of the Southwest Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quamer lying northeasterly of County Road No. 5, Section 25, Township <br />32, Range 25 (except the two following described tracts). (1) The east 220 feet of the <br />south 1386 feet of the west half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying northerly of the center tine of County Road No. 5 as the same is laid out <br />and traveled; (2) That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, <br />Township 32, Range 25, that is described as follows. Commencing at the intersection of <br />the Nowthen Road so calizd and the north line of sa.id Section 26an,..' ~ p.o~e .mn~."
