PROPOSED ORDINANCE CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.014 "ZONING MAP AND DISTRICTS" OF CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to Planned Unit Development: That part of Lot 4, Auditor's Subdivision Number 34 in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, and of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, and of Government Lots 1 and 2, Section 33, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the southwesterly line of U.S. Highway Number 10 and a line drawn parallel with and 615 feet west, as measured at right angles, from the east line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28; thence South parallel with said east line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and parallel with the east line of said Government Lot 2 a distance of 1600 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land hereby to be described; thence West a distance of 66 feet; thence North parallel with the fzrst course a distance of 1632.6 feet, more or less, to the southwesterly line of said U.S. Highway Number 10; thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said U.S. Highway 10 a distance of 2199.1 feet, more or less, to the west line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28, thence South along said west line 1877 feet, more or less, to the southwest corner thereof; thence continuing South along a line parallel with the east line of said Government Lot 1 of said Section 33, 158 feet, more or less, to the southerly line of said Government Lot 1; thence southeasterly along the southerly lines of said Government Lots 1 and 2, to a point on a line drawn, parallel with the east line of said Government Lot 2, Section 33, and distant West 615 feet therefrom, as measured at right angles; thence North parallel with the east line of said Government Lot 2, Section 33,600.5 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. ALSO: Tract A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NUMBER 53, files of the Register of Titles, Anoka County, Minnesota. EXCEPT: Outlot A, Outlot B, Outlot C and Outlot D, which are hereby rezoned to I-1 Industrial. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 170.014 of the City Code.
