PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT REZONING TROTT BROOK PONDS RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 12/08/89 (PUD) That Mr. Gerald Bauer, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a rezoning of Trott Brook Ponds from R-1 Rural Residential to Planned Unit Development (P,U.D.). That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Sections 170.013C and 170.016K of the City Code on December 5, 1989 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference.
