That the subject property is 208 acres in size. That the subject property is currently zoned R-1 Rural Residential. That Section 170.016K of the Ramsey City Code states that the iment of a Planned Unit Development is to preserve desirable land characteristics and open space and to protect sensitive environmental features such as steep slopes, poor soils and trees.
