PROPOSED ORDINANCE CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF PO,.MSEY. MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.014 "ZONING MAP AND DISTRICTS" OF CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN~'ESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to Planned Unit Development: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25 lying Westerly of the Westerly right-of-way line of State Trunk Hwy. No. 47 (aka St. Francis Blvd. N.W.) and lying Southerly of the South line of Duff and Towel Estates; except road; subject to easement of record; and That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township "'> Range 25 lying Southwesterly of the centerline of T.H. No. 47; except road; subject to easement of record; and That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying Southwesterly of the centerline of T.H. No. 47 except road; subject to easement of record; and The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Secdon 14, Township .32, Range 25; except that part lying Easterly of the West line and it's Northerly extension to the North line of said Quarter/Quarter of Duff and Towel Estates; also except road; subject to easement of record; and The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25 (Except #r4550) (Except ~,4560) (Except #4570) (Except #4540). SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Rarnsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 170.0t4 of the City Code.
