Banwart, Community Development Director Background: The proposed Planned Unit Development has an area of approximately 200 acres and would consist of approximately seventy-two (72) single family rural residential lots. The existing land use is R-IR Rural Residential District with a proposed zoning as a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The property is legally described as the Southeast Quarter of S~.on 26, To,a'n~'~p 32 Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. (October 28, 1989) CityE g' ~ '~ . n_in~,.r's Review (October .,1. 1989) City Landscape Architect's Review (November 2, 1989) Observations: On April 12, 1988, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch plan and recommended the subdivider to proceed to preliminary plat with the follov, dng revisions: A) C) D) 169th Avenue N.W. to be extended to connect ,with Baugh Street N.W. 169th Avenue N.W. to be widened to 66'. Anoka County be contacted regarding plans for County Road #83. That the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission review the proposed plat. On October 12, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and plat from Irv Can- for Carr Addition. On October 12, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission accepted land to satisfy the park dedication requirement. On November 6, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted the public hearing for Carr P.U.D., and tabled the case until their special meeting scheduled November 21, 1989. On November 9, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended acceptance of 20.3 acres of land and the remainder in cash to satisfy the park dedication requirements. On November 21, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission adjourned their meeting prior to addressing this case. On November 28, 1989, due to a lack of a quorum, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was not called to order.
