On December 4, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that City <br />Council approve the preliminary plat (concept plan) of Cart Addition (P.U.D.) contingent upon <br />compliance with the City Engineer's Review and the right to another review by Planning and <br />Zoning Commission prior to final plat approval. <br /> <br />In addition to the P.U.D. concept review, the proposed Carr P.U.D. is being rezoned. Refer to <br />the rezoning case materials for the Carr Addition (P.U.D.). <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends prelim/naD' concept approval of Caw Addition (PLrD) as per the City Landscape <br />Architect's review of October 18, 1989, the City Engineer's review dated October 31, 1989, and re- <br />review by the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission prior to f;,na', plat approval.
