Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-12. RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SORTEBERG'S 6TH ADDITION WHEREAS, Allen Sorteberg, hereafter referred to as D~', elope, , has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township .,_, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the East 60 rods thereof. AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on August 1, 1989, and recommended the Developer to proceed to the preliminary plat ' ~ ' s,a~,e, a. nd WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission ", mw. on August !0, 1989, and recommended that land be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 3, 1989, and conducted a public hearing and recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on October 24, 1989, approved the preliminary, plat for Sorteberg's 6th Addition as stipulated in the City Engineer's review of September 26, 1989, and with the establishment of a resu"ictive covenants for ~,~ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval for Sorteberg's 6th Addition in accordance with relevant City codeS. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 19th day of December, 1989.
